Services include programming and planning, architecture, interiors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural designs, fire protection & life safety code compliance, energy studies, facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, construction documentation and specifications, LEED certification/Sustainable Design, construction administration, construction management and commissioning. NIKA Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an Intern Architect. Construction document experience preferred. Revit and LEED experience both a plus.
