Upcoming CES Opportunities in the Potomac Valley Area

Under the new Mandatory Continuing Education requirements in Maryland, architects must attain 24 learning units, of which 16 must be Health, Safety and Welfare related, during each 2-year licensing cycle. LEED for New Construction Seminar

The U.S. Green Builidng Council's LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Rating Sytem for high performance buildings is being applied to multifamily and mixed-use projects in some jurisdictions in Maryland and the Metro DC Area. The LEED for New Construction Rating System was originally designed to guide and distinguish high-performance commercial and institutional projects.
